Keeping hand washing a day, keeps COVID-19 away

2020-08-03

Globally, as of 2:19pm CEST, 2 August 2020, there have been 17,660,523 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 680,894 deaths, reported to WHO. How to effectively prevent COVID-19 has become a hot topic of discussion. Hand washing is one of the simple and effective measures to prevent infectious diseases. In daily life and production, people's hands may come into contact with articles contaminated by pathogenic microorganisms at any time. If people do not wash their hands properly in time, pathogens may invade the human body through the mucous membranes of eyes, mouth and nose touched by hands. Hand washing can effectively cut off this transmission route and reduce the risk of novel Coronavirus infection. In the case of clean water, we recommend to use washable hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap combined with water to disinfect hands. In the absence of clean water, hand sanitizers containing 70 to 80 percent hand sanitizer and a disinfectant spray can be used to clean hands to achieve immediate anti- bacterial effect.
