January 10th is a special day. It is China's first Police Day, the first of its kind for the more than 2 million police in China. Thanks to the great people's police, for the safety of ordinary citizens to build a strong barrier! There is a kind of stick to call do not forget the beginner's mind; There is a promise called peace China; There is a group of heroes called the Chinese People's Police. This is a day to be remembered in history. On January 10, 1986, the Public Security Bureau of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province took the lead in establishing China's first 110 alarm service desk. In recent years, the Ministry of Public Security and local public security organs have organized various forms of 110 Publicity Day activities on January 10 every year, which is highly known by the society and recognized by the masses. This date is established as the "Chinese People's Police Day", which reflects the distinctive political nature, the broad nature of the people and the landmark of the police profession.
The people's police is a sacred presence. They're funny, they're sweet, they're courageous, they risk their lives. No matter what danger they face, they stay on the job, fight crime, they stand up. At the critical moment, they charged ahead. To protect the masses, they will not turn back. They have the courage to assume responsibility, distinguish right from wrong, and actively play their role as a bond between the Party and the people. They work steadfastly, stay true to their original aspiration, and devote their youth and passion to the people. They have shed the most blood and sacrificed the most in peacetime. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949, more than 14,000 police officers in the public security organs alone have died heroically, more than 100,000 have been wounded, and more than 3,700 police officers have been named martyrs. In the first half of last year, 169 police officers were sacrificed in the line of duty in the prevention and control of the epidemic and in the maintenance of security and stability.
The people's police have different kinds of police, among which the anti-drug police are one of the most wounded and sacrificed in the public security forces. Every time they appear, they need to be pixelated. The war on drugs is far more dangerous than any of us can imagine. Every duty, hunt and patrol can be a fight to the death. Undercover police officers who infiltrate drug dealers are especially at risk, for if their identities are discovered, they will not only endanger themselves, but also dangerous to their families and friends. The harm of drugs, as we all know, once touched will be pulled into the black abyss, so, we should remember: every cent spent on drugs, are the bullets that shoot to the police. And this is also hurt our own behavior! Resolutely eradicate drugs, say "no" to drugs together! The more people who consciously stay away from drugs, the less sense of existence of drug dealers and the less sacrifice of anti-drug police. Therefore, staying away from drugs is not only to protect ourselves, maintain social security and stability, but also to protect our lovely and respectable anti-drug police.
Public security traffic police is also a very hard kind of police, their main work place is in the outdoors. Regardless of wind and rain or scorching sun, they all stick to their posts, directing traffic, evacuating traffic pressure, responsible for road patrol, correcting traffic violations, maintaining traffic order, handling emergencies, and cooperating with security work. During the epidemic, many traffic police detachment and medical personnel formed a team, against the cold wind at the highway intersection, stick to the post day and night, 24 hours to check the vehicles in and out of the high-speed! According to media reports, due to the greater intensity of the road duty, some traffic policemen are fallen down in the middle of duty due to a variety of sudden diseases, even some are on the spot rescue ineffective and died.
